This process removes residual salt and dirt thoroughly, reduces material moisture content stably, and improves the durability and air permeability of finished coir products.

The treated wet coir materials are sent to the coir drying machine for constant-temperature drying, which removes redundant moisture evenly without damaging fiber activity, ensuring consistent dryness of batch products. Finally, the coir block pressing machine conducts high-pressure compression to shape standard coir bricks with compact structure, neat appearance and stable specification.
